At $349.99 the Grizzl-E Classic Connect is the cheapest UL-listed 40A charger here, a metal-cased plug-in unit built for cold garages that charges with or without a network. Value reaches 86 and satisfaction 88, while features sit at 70 and quality at 78. The caveat is software: this Wi-Fi variant is new with only 62 reviews, the earlier Smart model drew complaints about a weak app, and OCPP access costs a separate one-time activation fee. It also is not Energy Star listed. Best for buyers who want durable hardware first and treat the app as a bonus.
