Launched August 12, 2026 as the X5's successor and immediately TechRadar's 'Best in Class', with larger 1/1.1-inch sensors, 8K50 360 video, swappable lens guards and roughly 140 minutes of 8K recording, which is why Features leads at 97 and Quality 95. It is the priciest small 360 camera by a distance at $699.99 (the X5 launched at $549.99), 8K files run about 1 GB a minute, and the app was crash-prone on older iPhones at launch. No subscription needed; Warranty is the softest at 55 on 1 year.
