Google's first new speaker in six years and its Gemini showcase, with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and a Thread border router in a $99.99 knit cylinder. It is the smartest assistant here, but early reviews say the single 58 mm driver sounds worse than the Nest Audio it replaces, and Gemini Live moves behind a paywall after six months — so Quality and Satisfaction trail the hardware ambition.
