Why it scored a 75

At $499, the 2.0 Ultra is GE's priciest nugget maker, and Features lead at 90 with the lineup's largest side tank, a scale-inhibiting filter and Wi-Fi. Value drags at 66: reviewers say GE has stopped manufacturing the Ultra now that the Mini line launched, Best Buy already shows it unavailable, and it carries the same 1-year warranty as everything else. It's still the benchmark for chewable ice, but the Opal line's known auger failures and mold complaints apply here too — buy while it's still in stock.
