HealthRelife HR337 4D
4D 55" SL-track with 40 airbags · Reviewed by Drew · amazon.com live, Sept 28 2026
Why it scored a 79
At $1,699 the HealthRelife Charles HR337 is the best-specced chair under two thousand dollars here: 4D rollers on a 55-inch track, 40 airbags, fifteen programs and a yoga stretch. Features lead at 86 and satisfaction reaches 88, but quality sits at 60. The caveat is the paperwork rather than the hardware — HealthRelife is an import brand with 179 reviews, the listed dimensions and weight are unreliable, and no weight limit is published, so larger buyers should ask first. Owners also mention pump noise and a clunky app. It suits a buyer chasing track length and coverage.

Should you buy the HealthRelife HR337 4D?
If you want the longest spec sheet you can get under $2,000, the HealthRelife HR337 4D is where the spreadsheet stops. It packs 4D rollers on a 55-inch SL-track, the longest in our group, plus 40 airbags, 15 auto modes and a yoga stretch program for $1,199.00. It ranks second in massage chairs, tied on score with the cheaper Real Relax Favor-06 but ahead on features. Buy this if you are taller or want more coverage; buy the Favor-06 if $450 matters more than the extra track and airbags.
Where it earns its score
- Longest track in the category. A 55-inch SL-track reaches farther down the glutes and thighs than the 53-inch RELX Mars Pro or Culanta U1.
- 4D rollers at a 3D price. The rollers move in and out with speed variation, something the Favor-06 and Osaki OS-Pro Admiral do not offer.
- Highest Satisfaction in the group. An 88 Satisfaction score, tied with the Mars Pro and PS6500 despite costing far less than either.
- Program depth. Fifteen auto modes, eleven techniques and a yoga stretch, with three control options: app, armrest panel and LCD remote.
What to know first
- Quality scores 60. Owners report pump noise and a clunky app, and the brand's documentation is inconsistent.
- Published dimensions are unreliable. Measure your space generously rather than trusting the listing.
- No weight limit published. HealthRelife gives a height range of about 4'9" to 6'3" but no capacity number, which matters for heavier users.
- Heat is lower body only. No back heat; if you want lumbar warmth, look at the BOSSCARE GR8602 4D or Culanta U1.
Our verdict
At 79, Fair Buy, the HR337 4D is the most chair you can get under two thousand dollars, and it ranks second only because the Favor-06 does the basics for less. Choose the HR337 if you are over six feet or want 4D and 40 airbags; choose the Favor-06 if you want the same score for $450 less.
