At $1,328.00 the ENGWE L20 2.0 is a polished folding step-thru commuter with a 52 V system for stronger hill pulls, full suspension and UL 2849 certification. Satisfaction leads at 90 and Reliability at 84, with Features a respectable 76, but Value drags at 66 because rivals sell a 676 Wh battery and 750 W motor for far less, and the caveat is that the front basket and suspension seatpost shown in the listing photos are not included. Warranty sits at 55 on one-year coverage; the total is 74, one point under the buy line. It is for a commuter who values finish and 52 V pull over price.
