Gozney's new entry-level oven puts the same 950°F rolling-flame design as the Arc and Arc XL at $399.99, head-to-head with the Ooni Koda 12, and reviewers praise the 26 lb portability and fast stone recovery, which is why Quality leads at 88. It is propane-only with no digital thermometer and no door, and the tight 12.75-inch opening makes 10–11-inch pies easier than a full 12, so Features is the softest at 80. Too new for a big Amazon review base; the 1-year warranty extends to 5 with registration.
