Questions buyers ask

Is HexClad or All-Clad better for eggs?

HexClad releases better than bare stainless, but it is not truly nonstick, so eggs still need oil or butter. The All-Clad D3 is plain stainless and needs proper preheating and fat to avoid sticking.

Do both sets work on induction?

Yes. HexClad lists induction, gas, electric and ceramic cooktops, and the All-Clad D3 has a magnetic stainless exterior that works on all cooktops including induction.

Which warranty is better?

Both carry a lifetime limited warranty, and both score 100 on our Warranty factor. HexClad asks that the pans be seasoned before first use; All-Clad recommends handwashing to keep the finish bright.
